CHAPTER 11
After a rather tedious search, we finally chose a company to rent a campervan from. We quickly took our new home-on-wheels out onto the road, heading south from Christchurch, and retracing pretty much the exact route we traveled on our bicycles. It was a little disheartening to see how quickly we covered by car what had taken us so long to peddle across, but we wanted to see a couple of sights that we had had to skip during our biking- the big one being Mt. Cook, New Zealand’s tallest mountain.
